Berry Blend smoothie

   This smoothie is so loaded with nutrition it's almost unbelievable! That's what kept me going right after I had my wisdom teeth extracted. It's really tasty for breakfast or as a meal replacement on those rare occasions when you really don't have time to fix yourself a lunch too.


Berry Blend Smoothie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put Ensure, apple, and banana into a blender. Blend until most of the chunks are gone.
  2. Add berries and blend until smooth. (it may help to add half of the berries at a time.)
  3. Add ice or juice until you reach the desired consistency. Ice thickens and juice thins...
