Durkee French Fried Onion Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
- 1 can Durkee French Fried Onions
- 8 to 10 chicken tenderloin strips
- 1 large egg
Directions:
- Empty the can of onions into a ziploc bag and seal, squeezing all the air out of the bag as you do so.
- Crush onions with a rolling pin until they are completely ground into large crumbs.
- In a small bowl, beat egg.
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- One at a time, dip each chicken tenderloin into the egg and then in the onion crumbs, turning to coat, and then lay flat in a single layer on the cookie sheet.
- Pour any remaining egg and onion over the chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
