Breaded Parmesan tilapia

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Arrange fish in a single layer in a small, shallow baking dish.
  2. Combine lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour oil mixture over the fish, turning fillets to coat thoroughly.
  4. Combine all remaining ingredients to make breading.
  5. Sprinkle breading over fish and press on.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until crumbs are golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve with tartar sauce.
