Peanut Butter Clusters
Ingredients:
- Butter
- 5 cups cornflakes or toasted oats cereal
- 1 cup salted Spanish peanuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chocolate or carob chips
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 3/4-ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions:
- Lightly butter a 9 by 13 by 2-inch baking pan.
- Mix cereal, peanuts, raisins, and chips in a bowl.
- Combine honey and pudding powder in a small saucepan.
- Stirring constantly, heat the mixture to boiling and continue cooking for one minute, then remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter.
- Pour honey mixture over cereal mixture and stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking pan and refridgerate for 30 minutes.
- Break the mixture into bite-sized pieces.
- Store clusters in an air-tight container.
