Quick Whole Wheat Buttermilk Bread

   This is a healthy bread that is very hearty. It is great as toast or on tuna/chicken salad sandwiches.


Whole Wheat Buttermilk Quick Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flours, salt, baking powder, sugar, and pecans.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  3. Place in a well buttered loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center of loaf comes out clean.
