Sweet/Sour Chicken

   This dish is sooo easy to make and it is extremely tasty! I personally like to serve it with cooked white rice (you can use some of the sweet/sour sauce to flavor it!) and stir-fried fresh green beans and red bell peppers.


Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the chicken in a shallow 9 by 12 inch baking dish skin side down.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients, except the pineapples in a small saucepan.
  3. Stirring constantly, heat mixture until it thickens and bubbles.
  4. Brush the chicken with the mixture, then Pour the remaining mixture into pan.
  5. Brush every 10 minutes as it bakes.
    Bake at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  6. Pour pineapple chunks into pan for the last 10 minutes of baking.
