Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, eggs, zucchini, vanilla, and oil.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.
  3. Combine the two mixtures and stir just until blended. Do not overstir!
  4. >li> Add one cup of chopped nuts, if desired.
  5. Pour batter into two greased loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until a knife inserted into the center of loaves comes out clean.
