Orang utan Escapades

This book is a collection of plays about orang utans who escape from the Lincoln Park Zoo and return to their native home in Sumatra. Although parts of it are based on true stories about orang utans (like the orang utan stealing the veteranarian's coat) and the Lincoln Park Zoo is a real place, it is still entirely fictional, but I have tried to add a humorous twist to the story.

I like to include the reader in my stories, so I have broken it up into 4 or 5 plays. I end each one at an unexpected place and leave the story hanging so that the reader must try to imagine himself what may have happened next. However, I like to have questions answered, so the next play in the series will pick up the story where the previous one ended.

Right now I am into my third play. The orang utans have escaped their cage and are running around loose in the zoo. However, I haven't yet figured out how to return them to their island home of Sumatra. Also I need help making my zoo appear realistic. Maybe you would be willing to contribute comments?

You're getting an early start on reading this book, so enjoy reading!

What you can do for this book

If you could give me a little help with this book, it would be very greatly appreciated. Since I cannot see and my computer does not translate graphics, I cannot look at a picture of a map. Therefore, I have no idea of how the Lincoln Park Zoo is set up or where things are located. So, in order to continue my story and to make it a bit more realistic, I need someone to describe the map with words. If you can do this, please click here to see a map of the Lincoln Park Zoo and then contact me with your description. Remember, this is a fictional story anyway, so you don't have to give me a perfect description with exact locations--I just need a general idea of how a zoo is arranged. Thanks!!
